Joan Belke LLC, ABR, CRS, GRI is a life-long resident of the Wausau area and has been in Real Estate for the past seventeen(17) years. Joan is an Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist.

Joan founded Realty Executives in 1998 and has received the 100% Club Award, the Executive Club Top 10% Award and the Chairman’s Award. Member of the Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors, Wausau Area Chamber of Commerce, South Area Business Association and Wausau Area Builders Association.

The Certified Residential Specialist designation is acquired by less than 3% of all Real Estate Agents. The designation is the result of numerous hours of course attendance and a proven production record over a period of years. What this means is that when you work with a CRS, you are working with someone who is more connected, more knowledgable, and more experienced.

ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE (ABR)
Completed educational and specific practical requirements for this National Designation. A buyer agent represents you, the buye. You have peace of mind knowing someone is working on your behalf to help you buy at the best possible terms.

GRADUATE REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE (GRI)
Advance real estate training to include 90 hours of instruction and successfully complete required examinations.
