I specialize in Residential and Investment properties. I have an excellent Finance background and can perform several analyses to compare investments to help you find the best one in Laramie. I make use of "on-the-street" analyses that can be calculated in seconds as well as more complex analyses including a method that factors everything in, including taxes and long term cash flows and requires 5 pages of work.
For residential properties, I bring many specialized services to the table: I have education in staging so I know how best to display your home and make it a product that stands out "on the shelf". I build a complete web site for almost every residential listing including multiple pictures, virtual tours, and sometimes even floor plans. I am not afraid to spend money on my listings to make them sell quicker to make my clients the maximum amount of money. And while I offer several services that most do not, I believe my rates are very competitive.
